Our policy is to provide you with fun, fashionable custom designed handcrafted jewelry that you will enjoy wearing. All items from Sandra Tingley Studio are fully guaranteed. We understand that purchasing over the internet can mean your expectations are different to the reality of the item once it arrives. Should you find that any item from Sandra Tingley Studio (that was purchased online) does not meet your expectations, please advise within 3 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item for a full merchandise CREDIT applicable to any future order (excluding shipping costs). The piece must be in the same condition as received to organize a replacement item of equal value. Return must be postmarked within five (5) days of date of original receipt. To return an item please email us at sales@sandratingleystudio.com and include your order number, the name of the item, your name and address. A customer service representative will respond to your email and will assist you with an exchange. Additionally, if an item is defective within the first thirty (30) days of your purchase, Sandra Tingley Studio agrees to repair it at no cost, provided it has not been subjected to abnormally harsh use (indicated by large scratches, gouges and/or abrasions). Please contact us to discuss returning the item. Repeated repairs due to damage and heavy wear and tear will incur a repair charge. All custom order pieces are final sale. ***Should the stones/pearls/crystals be damaged please note that it is possible that the identical or very similar replacements may not be available. If an item has been damaged during delivery to you, please contact us immediately. |
